http://www.Foreclosures-Help.com I have a good friend that is going through a foreclosure. She asked me the other day "how does foreclosure work"? I told her that I really wasn't sure but that I would look into it for her. I was trying to find out some information on how long someone has exactly to pay off the delinquent account before they can actually take the home from them. I have found out some things and I think that her best bet would be to go to her lender to try and refinance or something like that. I hope she can fix this.
