About This Video
General update on the exercises done on the reformer following an L5/S1 microdiscectomy and a L1/L2 laminectomy.
Today's workout included 45minutes of elliptical for cardio. The following reformer exercises were separated out to divide the overall reformer workout into an upper body and lower body routine.
Footwork: 1,2,3,4, and 5
Second Postion: 1, 2, 3
SIngle Leg: 1, 2, 3, 4
Hundreds
Bend and Stretch: Parallel, Lateral , Beats
Frog: Normal and Reverse
Stag
Coordination with beats
Long Box: Feet Pulling Straps: 1, 2, 3 4
Short Box-: Round Back, Straight Back, Lean, Tree 1, 2, Mermaid , 2, 3
Elephant 1, 2, 3 ,4
Leg Circles
Knee Stretches 1, 2
Running
Hip Lift
Hip Roll
Single Thigh Stretch
Front Splits, Back Splits
Side Splits 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
