Pain control following back surgery is very difficutl. Problems that are a big concern are constipation and adaptation to dosage. BUT if pain medication is the only way to get moving, then that's the way it is.
Adapting the reformer to reduce the risk. I really like doing the short spine :( but it's gotta go.
