A ride along the Greenway

Working my way up distance wise on the greenway. My goal is by the end of the summer to be riding the whole length round trip without having to stop and catch my breath. It's pretty much flat-hill-hill-hill one way, and the ride back is mostly downhill.

Bike in South Kent

Second day of biking, got out and expended 455 calories. Remembered to bring my heart rate monitor but forgot the water bottle. Another beautiful day and looking forward to making these a habit. Music by Adrian Legg

First Bike Ride of the Season

We got out to enjoy the first 60 degree day of spring and went for a bike ride. We visited one of our favorite parks. I also got a good gauge of how out of shape I am, and will be bringing my bike everywhere with me now.
