Yo...good for you,,,keep up the good work, get out there and do it daily,perhapssome High Intensity Interval Training. I am about the same weight and am starting on 5/27/08. Apparently, HIIT allows you to burn throughout the day, try it three daus a week, I'm sure you'll drop quickly.
