Yeah, I'm static right now. I know what you mean.

If you were to lose 2 pounds per week, you'd be at 6 pounds total - so in reality you are only "behind" by 1 pound so far. Make it up this week by putting in a little extra exercise and you'll make up that pound quite easily.

Also, drinking ~60 ounces of COLD water, per day, will help you to burn an additional 600 calories for the week (or so they say) and it also suppresses hunger. Water, water, water!
