About 7 years ago, I lost 65 pounds which left my skin somewhat saggy, and it's something that's bothered me for several years. And having turned 50 recently, I just felt that I needed to do something. I found myself trying to hide my chin when I was out because I had the sagging in the neck and trying to lift my face. And when I was talking to people because I was just embarrassed-- I felt like I looked much older. I just felt like I looked old. But inside, I'm much younger than I appeared, and I just needed to do something for myself. So, I did some research and had looked into the Smart Lift, and Doctor Sessa was on Channel 7. I was just very impressed. So, I got online and signed up for his seminar and came in, and I was just impressed with the before-and-after pictures and the presentation, and I followed up, came in and had a consultation and, a few weeks later, had the surgery. He just made me feel at ease and explained the procedure, what he was going to do, thoroughly and was just wonderful. He made recommendations on what I have done. He took some before pictures and has followed me through and taking after pictures now, too. He was just great. He just made me feel at home. And within a couple of weeks, I had my surgery. Came in that morning-- the nursing staff here is incredible. Doctor Sessa was incredible. I was here for maybe two, two-and-a-half hours and went home. The first thing that I did when I got home from having the surgery was go to the bathroom and look in the mirror, and I could see the difference instantly. Right then and there. Within 45 minutes of the surgery ending, I could see it. It was instant. And again the next morning when they changed the bandages, and it was just-- it's incredible. Major difference.
