Billy and his Dad are finally going on that camping trip, but first, Billy wants his friends to see that he really does have a father. Billy recklessly runs out into the road, and nearly gets creamed by a car. Dad scolds Billy, then when Billy is asleep, some safety-minded cars turn up to straighten out this boy out in a heavenly-looking, other-worldy scene, straight out of the early 1970's special effects vault.
