Even if they changed what a 4 "meant" they'd just slide the scale accordingly - in other words, the same people who are going to get into trouble now would get in trouble under any new interpretation of the ratings. DSR's ain't new, if you're still allowed to sell now, you should be okay tomorrow.

Makes sense, customer is either satisfied or pissed off. Sounds about right.

So if buyers choosing to say good (5) or bad (1), then wouldn't a simpler system, say just positives or negatives, be sufficient?
