That's the sign for "keep thinking" or "think for a while" or "ponder,'" I guess. The sign for "crazy" is not what most people think it is.

I've always thought that learning sign language would be perfect when you're at a concert. Then you could talk all night without yelling in your friend's ear. Maybe one day I'll learn it.
