I am going to list....that I need to make a list. :)

Half your life is taken?? You are only 30!!! That makes death at 60? Nobody ever knows for sure when. But it is always good to plan and set goals. If we do not dream, we do not see the possibilities.

No, No the PATH my life has taken, not half my life.

That really depends on the person, and what they are trying to accomplish.

I have a ginormous lifelist that catalogs everything I want to do before I die, but some people break it down so it isn't so monolithic or overwhelming.

I don't use a system per se. I don't view any of the items on my list as any more important than another. I also don't tie them to a specific time in my life, I simply wish to complete them.

I think the term "things to do before I die" is a bit negative. I believe that our brains are programmed by positive or negative thoughts. The term implies once the list is completed that it's time to die. Sometimes, it's what we don't expect or plan to do that we learn the best lessons from, and can be what we enjoy doing most in life. If if life is so regimented, is there something we are missing?

Good thoughts. I am not a fatalist, I am a mystic... or at least the older I get the more I become a mystic. Death is but a door way to life more abundant.

My lifelist is motivated by dreams and imagination, more than by a wish to have my life be regimented. It is a way for me to look back on the path of my life and see where dreams have been realized, and for those that have not, there is a motivation to live more passionately and fully so that I can check those off as well.

On my "things to do while I live life abundantly" list (positive affirmation) is to take a class on determining what my spiritual gifts may be at my church. Giving back, serving others is what God intended for us. I believe, the most rewarding too.

I'd also like to drive/fly a flying car before I'm 130. :)
