1 year ago 0 + -After learning about Film Noir on Wikipedia, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Film_noir, it seems that it is about just having the "style" from the 1950's.

1 year ago 0 + -'Pure' film noir seems tied to a period of time somehow. Sure you have films like The Good German, but their film noir purity becomes a curiosity almost; a 'selling point', more than a style.
