Just got the SS Yoke Bar from Elite Fitness Systems and it's now my favorite for Squats and Good Mornings.
A lot of the grapplers that I train have very poor range of motion in the shoulders usually do to previous injuries. This is a great bar to use if you feel pain in your shoulders being forced into to much external rotation with a conventional straight bar.
Also, because the displacement of the weight is higher up on your back, your upper back and thoracic erectors get worked isometrically.
