My list of improvements:
Replace damaged and discolored ceiling tiles and florecent light covers
Replace missing electrical and light switch covers
Remove carpet
Window in the large room has scratches/grafiti which needs to be removed or repared
Allow us to install a sink in kitchen area
Clean up restroom flooring next to toilet
Install new faucet in bathroom
The #3 that appears above entrance needs to be fixed up
Existing cubicles need to be removed
Allow us to paint kitchen cabinets
Some of the window blinds are damaged beyond repair, replace
Repair lighting in the big room
Repair broken ceiling lamp in outside exit
Fresh paint
