We checked out the property again today. Here is a video with a list of improvements we're asking the landlord to do before we move in. The improvements would take about 30 days.

* New entryway door where mailboxes are currently
* Remove built-in desk in back room
* Fix all ceiling tiles. Replace missing tiles.
* New carpet
* Paint
* Fix up various other cosmetic issues (plumbing area next to bathrooms, large phone board in back room)
* We don't need any new walls put in
