It's right by the freeway, on Indian School Rd. The rent is a good deal, but we need to find out what the parking lot situation is because we're not sure if there are enough spaces we could reserve.
We don't have a sink or kitchen, but the restrooms are nearby.
We would be on the second floor.
Something like 1800 sq ft.
