Australian Chef, Benjamin Christie visited the Blue Frog Truffle Farm on the outskirts of Canberra for their annual winter truffle hunt. The truffle hunt for the black truffle started off early in the morning allowing the truffle dogs to hunt down the scent of the black truffle.
