Australian Chef, Benjamin Christie met with Alexandrina Cheese Company's cheese maker, Dan McCaul who showed Benjamin through their range of cheeses and how to make cheese.
All of Alexandrina's cheese and diary products are hand made using traditional methods and just some of the cheeses they produce include pecorino, black pepper pecorino, cheddar and a 18 month old aged cheddar.
