7 months ago 0 + -I'm definitely a laptop person. Mines just as powerful as a desktop, and it does everything. In fact, all my videos and music have been made on it. It's a revolution I tells ya! :P

7 months ago 0 + -I prefer both. I have a 20" iMac on my desk that I use to do all the heavy lifting and a MacBook for when I need portability, or storing something that will be processed on the iMac later.
If I could only do 1, I would definitely have to choose desktop.

2 months ago 0 + -I chose a desktop for video production. They lack the cooling problems I have had with laptops and it is easy to change out and upgrade hardware. If you try to get hardware for a laptop that is a couple of years old, the stores are out of parts! A laptop should be a companion to the desktop.

1 month ago 0 + -laptop or desktop it does not matter, what matters is spec. and laptop if you like to have a little more space.,nothing to do with vid editiong, i edit vids and i have a nice laptop.why the hell does vid editiong have to be a requirment? thats just retarded man

1 month ago 0 + -Great video. The is a question I am always asking myself. I currently have a MacBook and love the portablity but have been playing with the idea of getting a new iMac now the new version has been released today, as well as the new Magic Mouse, got to get me one of those!!
