buhawi: Yeah. I definitely feel that a long drive like that is normally a waste of time unless your team needs face-to-face 100%. For me, wasting 3 hours of driving time for an 8 hour work day is not a good idea. Any way you can work from home one or two days a week. I bet you'd see your productivity increase!
