Alright, as per your pseudo request over at cdevroe.com, I'm going to call you out on your meal choices.

One: the soda. This one is self explanatory. You shouldn't drink any soda at all. But if you simply must drink soda, then do not make it diet, diet soda is actually worse for your body than regular soda. Also try an all natural soda like Hansen's or the like, much better for you then Coke or Pepsi. and better yet try a flavored carbonated water, it's like a soda without all the bad, cause it's naturally flavored water, still empty calories, but at least not fattening ones.

Two: The sangwhich, turkey Ruebens are fine, but you should always get a whole grain bread, not white not fake wheat, but whole grain. also get mustard instead of thousand island and if you buy the sangwhich from a deli, only eat half, as the serving sizes are usually doubled at restaurants.

Three: The chips, although Sun Chips are better than Doritos or the like, chips
