thats a beautifully simple response and implementation to what i imagine was a pretty heavy duty technical. giving the user choice is always a good thing, but doing it WELL is the tricky part. well done!

At least here Windows Movie Maker only supports a bunch of WMVs and one or two AVI formats - anybody else, feel free to contradict with better information. :)

Looks pretty good, but I think putting an icon to the far left -- maybe like a small streaming connection icon to toggle the state would be better... and I still want to see the play/pause buttons moved to the left!

Yay. I'd of hoped there could have been a unified soloution where the streaming is working better but this is a great and usable step.
