CAT is a non-profit organization which offers public access television to the citizens of Columbia, Missouri. Our Purpose To highlight the efforts and achievements of people who live in our local area. To produce local programs that showcase artists, musicians, comedy, and satire. To bring the political viewpoints of local candidates running for office to the public. To offer a television venue to promote cooperation and civic attention to public projects or public questions that the larger media outlets may not have the time, space, or interest in covering. To inspire others to produce local shows of their own interests or hobbies. To provide a television outlet where a poet or songwriter can affect the hearts and lives of those watching at home. To share ideas, opinions, and viewpoints on subject matters that a commercial venue might not want to address. There are many interesting and talented people everywhere. Our goal is to expand your life's experience one guest at a time.
