Cordell Svengalis, Ph.D., has been a high school teacher, college professor, state level educational consultant and school district administrator. He is the author of two books and numerous monographs and articles on educational topics. His areas of professional expertise include history, government, geography, computer science and teacher education. After a long and distinguished career in the Midwest, he moved to California two years ago to be near his grown children, and recently started a small publishing company.
