I’m Jennifer DiDonato and I am thrilled to welcome you to Made Fit TV! I am a certified personal trainer in Metro Detroit, Michigan. Because my personal training business can only cater to locals in my area, I started this blog as a home for my Made Fit podcast to cater to everyone - including YOU! I combine my experience, knowledge, and love for health and fitness to deliver helpful information in a fun way. I want everyone to see that managing a healthy lifestyle can be fun, convenient, and lifelong — and not complicated and shallow like infomercials and magazines make it out to be. My videos cover everything from strength training and cardio, to nutrition and exercise myths.
