Tonight, cities across the nation will be launching fireworks displays for Independence Day. I took photos' at last year's show, and decided to throw them together in a short video.

1 year ago 0 + -It was probably about the same this year, but I wasn't ready.. I was talking until they started, then I ran into position with my tripod to discover that my tripod attachment wasn't on my camera.. I had to run to my car to get it off my camcorder. I missed part of the show and don't even know if I ended up getting everything in focus.

1 year ago 0 + -After thorough testing in focus groups, increasing the rate of images or time span will result in a 200% higher chance of seizures. I chose this quantity and time span with the safety of Viddler users in mind.

1 year ago 0 + -In support or independance day, I just ditched my tripod for most of the fiireworks. Yeah, I was free to move around. A tripod is neat for long time exposures....I saw some nice stuff hitting flickr from the Tempe show and shows all over.
Brian, Maybe next year you put the camcorder on a tripod and shoot video, then play it super fast???
