This is great! I need to get back on the smoothie bandwagon, and this just might do it.

Is it really sugar free? I'm pretty sure there's some natural sugar in the fruit. Maybe it's just no sugar added, rather than sugar free... Eww. I sound so anal.

No, you're right. :) No sugar added, and I do fruit sugars, so that's okay. :) Good call!

yummy! I typically have orange juice, strawberries, bananas and ice when i make a smoothie. Sometimes I'll add yogurt.
