1 year ago 0 + -Umm.. I get paid right in to my bank account. I haven't received a cheque in years.
I didn't know they have expiry dates.
Why don't you just deposit the paycheck when you get it?
amandolin (1:02)
1 year ago 0 + -Why don't you just deposit it? Because some of us too lazy to go to the bank right away and then we just forget about it after a while.

1 year ago 0 + -Yeah. They usually expire after a while. But mine usually said 180 days.

1 year ago 0 + -i, like... was that djsteen's comment i just saw?... anyway, i do direct-deposit, so i haven't seen an actual paycheck in ages. sorry i can't help settle the argument. :-(

1 year ago 0 + -Usually my paychecks say that they're void after 180 days, but not personal checks. Usually if there's nothing written on them, they're good - but I'd ask the people who issued you the checks.

1 year ago 0 + -I didn't deposit the first check from my job, because I got it in paper form. Now I have direct deposit. They emailed me like a year later that they were direct depositing that paper check, because it was never cashed.
