Freshly ground espresso roasted within one week

Pour over a large container of ice...SHAKE A LOT

While the drink is now a few degrees above freezing the ice keeps it cold for a long time afterwards.

A thick layer of foam consists of great flavor. Notice how full it is in comparison to where i started even with the ice. Almost NO MELTED ICE

The original was outside of starbucks. This is taken at a coffee shop called Vida e Caffé which also isn't where I work.

I wish i had a kitchen that industrial. No, I helped start a coffee shop with my Dad and a friend of ours. They run the place, and I get free coffee. It works out well. Most of my meTodays are recorded there as well.
