&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The ideas in this episode started with a thread on &lt;a href="http://www.twitter.com/roxannedarling"&gt;Twitter&lt;/a&gt; as my friends Justin Kownacki (of &lt;a href="http://somethingtobedesired.com/"&gt;Something To Be Desired&lt;/a&gt;) and Michael Bailey (of &lt;a href="http://www.mobasoft.com"&gt;Mobasoft&lt;/a&gt;) were talking about how anyone can be an expert these days, more or less.
