Barista Basics Coffee Academy is the only coffee school in Australia fully accredited by TAFE. All students completing our five hour coffee classes get a free DVD, certificates from us, a coffee art pictorial guide and TAFE certificate. Our CBD classes are in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Our coffee training covers: how coffee is grown, harvested and roasted, how to correctly froth milk, how to set up the grinder and espresso machine for perfect espresso, how to pour all the coffees in the coffee menu, how to clean the machines and how to create amazing coffee art.
