Great!! Interesting to see the WOM World on an iPhone, thanks for including us :)

sorry man i didn't like the video, my n800 loads way faster than yours and i went to the same site you did, and my n800 got the iphone beat did you update your tablet?????

I am running the latest firmware (IT 2007) on two N800's actually.

Great review, thanks !

Just one thing. Maybe you already know but a new browser based on Mozilla for the N800 was recently released. It replaces Opera and works better. It loads most pages much faster and has much better support for AJAX. Just go to http://browser.garage.maemo.org/ for more info.

Thanks - I have two tablets and am planning a review next with both browsers on the N800

some comments/feedback/observations, mainly about the n95...

1) you keep pushing the n95's slide all the way over into music player mode. to make it landscape, it's better to make it so neither key pad is available. I wonder why you seem to use it mainly in portrait, while using the others mainly in lanscape. When I was using the n95, I almost always used it in landscape (except when entering text - perhaps the reason?).
2) the s60 browser can have multiple windows too (though, trying on my 3250, I'm not sure how to force them - I've definitely seen them though). I wonder if you had other apps running or multiple pages open without realising it - hence the memory filling up. I also wonder if you can use the memory card for cache (the browser doesn't ship with most S60/3rd devices, so you can install it on the memory card)...
3) the fact that some web sites choose to specifically show the s60 browser a mobile version is not the fault of the s60 browser, but is the fault of the web site. the browser should p

I prefer portrait for most things even browsing on the N95 because it is more comfortable in my hand - same with the iPhone.

While the S60 browser can do multiple pages, the N95 lacks enough RAM to do this effectively in my experience and you usually run out of memory immediately - unless you have mobile only pages.

I was not faulting the N95 for having sites select mobile URLs... There's just no way to show the same thing when it's being forced to go somewhere else.

the video is more then gr8
thanxx and keep up the gr8 work
