i didn't drive over the past weekend (car was at the shop).

i also held my breath for awhile, preventing the release of carbon dioxide from my respiratory system. if i stopped breathing altogether, it might be more effective.

i don't know if wikipedia can be trusted at face value, but the place is a starter source for info. for example this article:
