Place the runners onto the press bed and transfer table making sure to put the roll pins into the holes.

The technician is supporting the chainguard with his knee.

Make sure to hold the lower chainguard so it does not fall.

Remove the upper chainguard first followed by the lower one.

Rmeove the lower two bolts on the gearbox, then loosen the upper bolts but do not remove them completly yet.

Using a philips head screwdriver remove the four bolts that hold the chainguard in place.

Lower the gearbox so that the chain becomes loose enough to remove.

Keeping the gearbox flush with the mounts remove the remaining two bolts and remove the gearbox.

Lower the upper drum so that it is touching the runners.

Using a torque wrench loosen the bolts so that they are free to move up and down.

Raise the bolts and place the large pvc pieces under the bolts to ensure that they do not drag while moving the etching head.

With the help from another person lower the drum down so that the uprights raise up off the frame.

Roll the etching head along the runners onto the transfer table.

Raise the drum back up so that the uprights secure onto the transfer table.

Remove the pvc pieces and set them to the side.

Lower the bolts into the threaded hole on the transfer table and proceed to tighten them.

With the torque wrench tighten the bolts on both sides of the etching head.

Lift the runners up and set them on the edge of the press.

Insert specialty spacers between the scraper bar housing and yolk.

Place the small pvc spacers on the bolts to prevent the bolts from dragging along the press frame.

Lower the scraper bar housing and pull the specialty spacers into place.

Then raise the scraper bar housing to lock the specialty spacers into place.

With the help from another person move the litho head along the runners until it reaches the proper position.

Lower the scraper bar housing to release the spacers.

Once free remove the spacerrs from inside the scraper bar housing and yolk.

Remove the pvc spacers and bolt the litho head into place.

Using the torque wrench tighten the bolts into place.
