About This Video
Natural rocks and tree stumps would ordinarily be ideal for visual merchandisers to use as props to create back-to-nature scenery for temporary or permanent exhibits, retail and trade show displays, stage sets, and point-of-purchase fixtures.
But finding, moving and installing real ones that weigh hundreds--if not thousands--of pounds is not affordable or practical, especially if being shipped to and placed at numerous retail locations.
That's why visual merchandising, exhibit and retail design professionals are turning to artificial, faux and fake rocks and boulders from Valley Monuments, Inc. to create more natural scenery for retail store and trade show displays, mobile experiential marketing tours, themed environments, special events, restaurants, resorts and casinos, and other venues.
Molded from actual trees and 800-1,000 lb. boulders, the incredibly lifelike 50-60 lb. artificial rocks and 60-70 lb. trees look and feel natural because theyre made from construction-grade cast stone. The 20 different models of rocks and three trees are hollow, approx. one-inch thick, and open at the bottom and available in a variety of colors.
Also available is a collection of lighter weight--but equally durable and realistic--faux rocks manufactured from modern and industrial-grade, UV-protected structural polyurethane composite, the same material used for high-impact bumpers in the automotive industry.
