7 months ago 0 + -My husband and I travel a lot and we have the pleasure in experiencing some amazing restaurants, from Buenos Aires to Thailand, but La Credenza occupies the top spot! The food is innovative and delicious, most of the ingredients are local to the area and Giovanni always adds a twist to each dish ? we still dream about the lobster cappuccino with chocolate! The staff is simply wonderful, Giovanni is very attentive, passionate and has a great sense of humour, the Sommelier, Franca (Giovanni?s adorable wife) is very knowledgeable and funny and the serving staff are some of the best we have seen ? they are always present, without being too intrusive.
Watching the video brought back many wonderful memories of beautiful evenings spent at La Credenza. We now live in Singapore, but we are already planning a trip in November to Europe so we can have another superb meal with the delightful company of Giovanni and Franca.
Well done on achieving your Michelin star ? it was well deserved!
