At the Detroit Motor Show, Volvo presented the S60 Concept the first time. The study offers a glimpse at the next generation of the Swedish middle class model scheduled for 2010. Consumption is supposed to go down by 20 percent. The four-cylinder petrol engine of the S60 with its 1.6 litres produces 132 kW / 180 hp and is said to be satisfied with 5.0 litres per 100 kilometres.
