I also like the fact that Patricia is an active blogger. Not only does she have a written blog but a video blog as well. All this new content give readers and viewers a reason to keep coming back to the site.
The last thing I like about Waterfrontvancouver.ca is the links page. Here you'll notice that it isn't just a list a links. They have added a description to the links and this makes them infinitly more usefull.
