Beautiful Tropical Scenes in HQ

This video is to test some high quality encoding settings. The source video was recorded in High Definition and is in the public domain. I encoded the bitrate to 3600, kept the same aspect ratio and video size and encoded to FLV (Flash Video). I am testing this as Viddler doesn't re-encode uploaded FLV files. This allows me (and others) to have extreme control over the resulting video if we encode to FLV and upload the FLV. For those wondering, I used the SUPER Encoder ( http://www.erightsoft.net/super.html )
