I'm uploading a series of 4 videos. 3 are exported with iMovie '09 default settngs of Medium, Large, and HD. The fourth is based on DJSteen's recommended settings found here: http://bit.ly/luz2C
His videos look great but those we upload for Beach Walks, shot outside in abundant natural light, don't look anywhere near the quality of his. So I’m conducting my own tests and will link all these uploads together.
