Seattle's Davis Law Group announces a recent settlement in a Washington state wrongful death case that was scheduled for trial in early April in King County Superior Court. The case involved a car accident on May 25, 2007 that occurred on Auburn Way in South King County. Details of the accident were previously reported by the Seattle Car Accident Attorney Blog.
The accident was caused when an employee of W.A. Botting Company, a mechanical and electrical engineering business, fell asleep at the wheel and went off the road. The employee then crashed the company truck into another vehicle that was waiting to enter onto the road. The driver of that vehicle, Sandra Johnson, 41, was killed. She died at the scene.
