26 days ago 0 + -I had some XORG issues causing my mouse to constantly freeze on Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope. I hope the XORG on the new version is vastly improved.

26 days ago 0 + -As aside to not being able to use OpenGL when your card is blacklisted.
Just about anything requiring it locks up the system.

26 days ago 0 + -I disagree. A commercial version of Ubuntu as a mainstream option to Apple and Windows is really a good thing. It will also bring more of an awareness to the world of Linux.
Rootchan (2:05)
26 days ago 0 + -As long as open source software remains free as in free beer.
Commercial support is available. But why limit the basic package manager to installing one app at a time aside from as many as you want in previous versions? That doesn't make sense...

26 days ago 0 + -your wellcome brian. i want to upload more but reporting the emded problem with no response has me a little bit put off.yet theres no other site quite like this
Rootchan (0:58)
26 days ago 0 + -Disabling embedding all together might do the trick, as it prevents anybody from embedding it without your express consent.
bioentity
25 days ago 0 + -ok how do i do that? i mean i understand what you mean but the options are. embed for anyone or just friends or justme, i have it set for just me, yet it still gets embeds
Rootchan
25 days ago 0 + -Embeds (even if you video is not embedded at all) means the viewer rewound and fast forwarded (seeked) to a certain part of the video that they missed, therefore replaying it from that point, thus, calling it an embed.
Rootchan
25 days ago 0 + -You could contact the sites embedding your videos and request that they don't.
It would make it easier on your end. Having a video embedded on another website (a non-hate/harassment/bullying orientated site, that is) can get it up to viral status.
That's how many videos became what they are now. Most were stolen and re-uploaded without credit, some were linked right back to the original video.
