I must say, I had the best of times, also made my basic synth aka greyNES into it's own case. Designed and made a handle for it, protruding from inside it. Made from a coat hanger, popsical sticks for added durability, hot glue to hold everything in place, filling & sealing the holes made for the wire handle.
All that done within a half hour. Now I don't have to carry the dam thing under my arm :)
