Well, I have been generally slacking off around the world, as you will see from this video that I've taken in my current location in Casares, Spain (see

BUT I am trying to get back on track, sat here with my breakfast of grapes and apple with a bottle of water... and there are PLENTY of hills to be walking in
around here I can tell you.. hopefully easy enough for a bird in flip flops to handle :D I'll be posting more videos of life out here, in the meantime, enjoy
