My bro was smoking some ribs on his Brinkmann Smoker for about 3 hours, after which he put them in the oven on a low heat for several more hours, during which we went for a mt bike ride in Fairmont Park in Philly. Prior to going to my bros, I had been at the ice arena in Oaks where my son's ice hockey team lost to the Lawrence Flames.
