Tyrone (Peter Williams, an idealistic Jamaican immigrant seduced by an opportunity for immediate wealth and prosperity, takes a job with powerful local entrepreneur Winston Price (George Harris---Raiders of the Lost Ark, Ragtime). But when Tyrone finds that he is assigned the task of collecting an old debt from his hopelessly irresponsible cousin (David Smith), his loyalties and career ambitions are severely tested. Tyrone's situation is further complicated by his rivalry with Busha (Clark Johnson---Homicide, Colors), Winston's hatchet man.
