Two example extensions implemented entirely using XML and DekiScript:

http://wiki.opengarden.org/Deki_Wiki/Extensions/AccuWeather

A Dap is a service provided by Dapper.net. It's kind of like a SQL query, but Dapper provides a GUI for creating these and instead of querying a database Daps are used to Query Internet web pages.

The news skins are fantastic. Here is my personal wiki: http://wiki.oblogn.com/ and here is a Christmas theme I used during the holidays: http://www.oblogn.com/2007/12/24/wikioblogncom-my-personal-wiki/

Dapper "Daps" are just very similar to Database queries. Notice how I can construct a Dapp for a web page layout and then pass parameters to the Dapp such as Xpath queries, URLs to other pages, and arguments. This is documented here: http://wiki.opengarden.org/Deki_Wiki/Extensions/Dapper and by Dapper.net

Steve provides a blog post about our charts implementation here: http://www.mindtouch.com/blog/2007/12/12/google-charts-and-graphs-redux-with-a-mashup/ it's very informative.

All extensions, like the API, can be reviewed for in every instance of Deki Wiki by navigating to:

http://wiki.opengarden.org/@api/deki/site/functions

I've shown all mashups in this demo. If you're new to Deki Wiki take a look at the intro to Deki Wiki demo: http://www.viddler.com/explore/Roebot/videos/12/

You'll find Deki Wiki to be very easy to use.
