I saw Terminator Salvation last night. It was really good for a franchise that, in my opinion, is burnt out. While it's not as good as Star Trek, I think I still like TS more--yeah I know that doesn't make sense. Anyway, the plot was well-done because it's cohesive and really supports some gaping holes that existed in the Terminator story. The visuals are wonderful and the CGI was great as well. The action was very satisfying. I have one complaint, but it would end up spoiling the film if I go into detail about it. So I'll keep it to myself until after a couple weeks.

Oh I was really happy to learn that Danny Elfman wrote the musical score, which is phenomenal.

To the credit of those that felt "blah-zay-blah" about the movie--I felt the same way when I saw the trailer for the first time. It's probably due to how badly the franchise has been treated. T1 & T2, Great! T3 and the series--CRAP!!!
