Hua Hin is one of Thailands longest standing seaside resorts, in 1928, King Rama VII built his palace Klai Kangwon, with Hua Hin only being around 200km from Bangkok it is quite busy during weekends and bank holidays.
If you are visiting Hua Hin make sure you also visit Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park, Kaeng Krachan National Park, plus the many beaches along the coast, also don't forget the annual vintage car show in Hua Hin.
