In the not too distant past people did not want own Real Estate near major transit hubs such as Sky Train stations as they felt they brought with them crime and other undesirables.
As we shift our thinking and realize what an important part of our lives mass transit is becoming and in turn it is becoming attractive to reside in proximity to transit hubs and stations.
It is estimated by Real Estate Investment Network's (REIN) Don Campbell that areas with effective transportation options will outperform other areas as Real Estate prices rise.
